This Contempt Case is filed against the respondent complaining willful disobedience of the order, dated 27.02.2007 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11934 of 2004, wherein the Division Bench of this Court while allowing the said writ petition holds that the market value, which has to be paid by the petitioners herein shall be Rs.1,71,064.80/- and the petitioners shall make deposit of the said amount within a period of two months from that day.
