ORDER:

Sri D. Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner died on 14.07.2024 during the pendency of the contempt case.

2. Considering the relief sought in this contempt case, in my considered opinion, nothing survives for adjudication after the demise of the sole petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
