The Writ Appeal is filed aggrieved by the order in I.A.No.2 of 2025, dated 18.07.2025 in W.P.No.5887 of 2025, passed by the learned Single Judge.
2. Sri Manoj Kumar Bethapudi, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, would submit that in view of the subsequent developments happened during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the matter has become infructuous.
3. Submission is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
