O R D E R:

1. Report submitted by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor is taken on record.

2. The report is appended with a death certificate of the petitioner. It appears from the death certificate that the petitioner has expired on 11.10.2016.

3. It appears that the instant Criminal Revision Case has been preferred against an order of conviction dated 24.01.2014 passed by the learned Court Judicial Magistrate of I Class for Railways, Guntur in CCNo.103 of 2013 for the offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, which was affirmed by the appellate Court i.e., III Additional Sessions Judge, Guntur vide Judgment in Criminal Appeal No.15 of 2014 dated 19.03.2015, wherein both the Courts below found the petitioner to be guilty for such offence. Since the petitioner being accused has already expired, nothing left in the instant Criminal Revision Case to decide. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

4. In the result, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
