J U D G M E N T:
Pursuant to the letter dated 31.12.2025 filed by the learned counsel for the appellants in the Registry to list the matter for withdrawal, the matter is listed today under the caption 8For Withdrawal9.
2. Both the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the matter is settled out of Court between both the parties. A memo is also filed to that effect by the learned counsel for the appellants. Therefore, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the second appeal.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
