pleased to issue Order or orders, direction or directions, Writ or Writs, nature of Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, call for records pertaining to OA No.907 of 2019 on the file of Andhra Pradesh Administrtive tribunal and set-aside the same as arbitrary, against the provisions of GO MS No.23 and 3, Women, Child disabled and Senior Citizens (DW) Department, dtd.26-05-2011 and 12-05-.2015 respectively and violative of Art 14,16,21 of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents to implement the above GO's and promote the petitioner to Grade II Head Master vide Roaster point 3706 and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2019 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Head Master Grade II along with the persons who were promoted from the seniority list of School Assistants 2019 pending disposal of main WP No. of 2019 and to pass IA NO: 2 OF 2019 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant leave to implead Smt.
