Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the accompanying affidavit of the petition and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be an interim direction granting stay of all further proceedings dated 31.12.2025 in E.P.No.34 of 2022 in O.S.No.473 of 2019 on the file of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, subject to condition of the petitioner depositing 50 % of the E.P amount within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. ______
