O R D E R:
1. Learned Counsel for the parties submitted that Execution Petition against which the present Civil Revision Petition has been preferred has already been closed on 15.12.2025 and sale certificate has already been issued in favour of the successful bidder.
2. Considering the situation, nothing left for this court to decide the illegality or impropriety of the Execution Petition. Accordingly, the instant Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
3. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
