The issue that has been highlighted in the present Public Interest Litigation is with regard to the alleged encroachment over a water body to an extent of land measuring Ac.5-00 cents in R.S.No.81/2 of Chegireddypadu Village, Kandulapadu Gram Panchayat, G. Konduru Mandal, Krishna District.
2. The issues with regard to the manner in which the said encroachments have to be dealt with are elaborately covered in a Division Bench Judgment of this Court in W.P(PIL).No.140 of 2022 and batch dated 14.09.2022.
3. We dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action, if warranted, strictly in accordance with the ratio of the judgment and order dated 14.09.2022 in W.P(PIL).No.140 of 2022 and batch. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
