This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, Visakhapatnam to consider the representations filed by the petitioner with regard to the alleged encroachment over Government Land admeasuring 350 square yards falling in Sy.No.89/3 of Pedagantyada Village, Visakhapatnam District in accordance with law.
2. The action which the Commissioner proposes to take and the result of the action taken be communicated to the petitioner not later than four (4) months from today. No order as to costs.
