O R D E R:
1. The instant Civil Revision Petition has been preferred challenging an Order dated 10.12.2019 passed by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle in I.A.No.535 of 2016 in O.S.No.616 of 2014.
2. Sri Dilip Jayaram, learned Counsel for the Petitioner on record submits that the Petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter further.
3. Having heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, recorded the submission made before this Court, the instant Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
