The issue that has been highlighted by the petitioner in the present Public Interest Litigation is with regard to the alleged encroachment of land by unauthorized persons – respondent Nos.5 to 9 over land which belongs to respondent No.10 i.e., Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, Mudigubba.
2. The present P.I.L., in our opinion, is totally misconceived inasmuch as if at all the P.A.C.S. is aggrieved of any action of encroachment by unauthorized persons, it is capable of taking adequate steps in accordance with law to remove the encroachment.
3. We find no reason to entertain the present petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.
