This is an application for making typographical corrections at paragraph No.13 of our judgment dated 10th December, 2008. No certified copy has so far been issued. The typographical errors are corrected and the last sentence of paragraph No.13 be now read as: “In other words, if the project is completed at a cost lower than the estimated or anticipated or approved cost, the generating company will be entitled to recover only the cost actually incurred and not the estimated or approved cost.”

This order be read as part of our judgment dated 10th December, 2008. Since the judgment has already been uploaded in the website this corrigendum be also uploaded at the same website.
