ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents complaining wilful disobedience of the order, dated 08.09.2022 in W.P.No.26845 of 2022.
2. During the course of hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the order of this Court is complied with and the payments are made to the petitioner as directed by this Court.
3. Submission is placed on record.
4. In view of the same, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the Contempt Case.
5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
