The Court made the following JUDGMENT:

Though the matter was adjourned on 03.07.2025, 17.07.2025, 01.08.2025, and 27.11.2025, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the matter is directed to be listed on 04.12.2025 under the caption “for dismissal”. Even on that day there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the matter is listed today under the same caption.

Today when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the learned counsel for the appellant is not interested to prosecute the case.

Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
