Heard Sri Hari Krishna Tata, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is against the proceedings of the 6th respondent issued under Section 83(2) of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) dated 03.11.2025 requiring the petitioner to vacate from the subject property.

3. To the said show-cause notice, the petitioner has sent reply through his counsel on 14.11.2025. The instant writ petition has been filed alleging that the 6th respondent has no jurisdiction to issue the said notice.

4. Without going into merits of the case, having regard to the fact that the show-cause notice has been replied by the petitioner through his counsel and no final orders have been passed, since the petitioner has filed his objections to the show-cause notice, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 6th respondent to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner whenever the matter is taken up for consideration and thereafter pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, pursuant to the notice issued under Section 83(2) of the Act.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed. ______________________________ JUSTICE KIRANMAYEE MANDAVA
