The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing auction notification dated 21.03.2010 for leasehold rights in respect of the item Nos.24 to 27 in the said auction.
However, due to the efflux of time, the cause in the present writ petition would not survive and no further adjudication is necessary and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
