ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the docket order dated 04.11.2025 in F.C.O.P.No.1927 of 2022, on the file of learned XIV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, marking Ex.R1, which is a Photostat copy.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the document is a Photostat copy and that it was marked even without stating that it is subject to proof and relevancy.

3. In view of the said limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction that Ex.R1, which was marked as per the impugned docket order, is subject to proof and relevancy, as it is a Photostat copy and secondary evidence. It is needless to state that document will always be received subject to proof and relevancy.

4. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________________________ JUSTICE CHEEKATI MANAVENDRANATH ROY Date: 19.12.2025 Issue CC by 26.12.2025 B/o. MH
