Considering the request made by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Avanigadda, seeking one month time for disposal of the stay petition in E.A.No.99 of 2025 in E.A.No.98 of 2025 in E.P.No.8 of 2024 in O.S.No.45 of 2010, time is extended by one month.
It is made clear that no further time will be granted under any circumstances and if the direction of this Court is not complied with, appropriate proceedings will be initiated for contempt against the Officer. ______ CMR, J
