O R D E R:
1. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the suit being O.S.No.136 of 2016 on the file of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Tenali has been dismissed on 01.09.2015. Accordingly, the instant Civil Revision Petition became infructuous.
2. A copy of the Judgment passed by the learned Court below in O.S.No.136 of 2016 has been placed on record.
3. Having heard the submissions of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, the instant Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
4. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
