O R D E R:
1. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted a memorandum, for withdrawal of the instant Criminal Revision Case (for short Crl.R.C.,).
2. Heard the learned Counsel, perused the impugned Order under challenge.
3. It appears that in DVC No.19 of 2011 initiated by present Petitioner, learned Jurisdictional Magistrate i.e., the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhimivaram, has passed and Order under Sections 21, 17 and 22 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The Petitioner challenged the Order in Appeal before the appropriate Appellate Forum. The Appeal was dismissed. Hence, the instant Crl.R.C.,.
4. Now, learned Counsel for the Petitioner on record, has placed one memo containing inter-alia that the matter was settled outside the Court, amicably.
5. Considering the memo, the instant Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as withdrawn.
