Though the matter was adjourned on 12.11.2025 and 03.12.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not ready to proceed with arguments. Hence, the matter was listed today.
Even today when the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready to argue the matter. It appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
