WRIT APPEAL No.1287 of 2025 JUDGMENT:(Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Battu Devanand)

This Writ Appeal is filed against the order dated 18.09.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.41481 of 2022.

2. In the writ petition filed by the respondent No.1, the matter was remanded to the respondent No.3-Temple for passing the orders afresh in terms of the Circular No.21 in Rc.No.DP1/52200/2009, dated 10.11.2021, after giving opportunity to both the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, within one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Aggrieved by the said order, the respondent No.4 therein filed the present writ petition.

3. During the course of hearing of this appeal, at the stage of admission, Mr. V.V.Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 on instructions would submit that in compliance of the order of the learned Single Judge, the respondent No.3 has passed an order in Rc.No.B1/87/2024, dated 27.11.2025. As such, nothing survives in the present writ appeal for adjudication and sought to dismiss the same as infructuous. He has placed a copy of the order dated 27.11.2025 passed by the respondent No.3 before the Court. On perusal of the same, it discloses that in compliance of the order of the learned Single Judge dated 18.09.2025 in W.P.No.41481 of 2022, respondent No.3 has rejected the contention of the writ petitioner.

4. In view of the same, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present writ appeal.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
