ORDER:
This Contempt Case has been filed against the respondents complaining wilful disobedience of the order, dated 28.06.2021 in W.P.No.12114 of 2021.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the order of the Court is complied with.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.
4. In view of the above factual position, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in the Contempt Case.
5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
