1. JS,J C.M.A.No.1053/2014

The Court made the following JUDGMENT:

The matter was adjourned from time to time i.e., from 25.07.2025, at the request of learned counsel for the appellant. When the matter is listed on 20.11.2025, it was observed that the learned counsel for the appellant is not ready to argue the matter. Hence, the matter was listed today under the caption “for dismissal”.

Today when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the learned counsel for the appellant is not interested to prosecute the case.

Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ JUSTICE SUMATHI JAGADAM
