JS,J C.M.A.No.1603/2008

The Court made the following JUDGMENT:

On 06.11.2025, it was observed by this Court that though notice sent to the appellants, the same was returned unserved with postal endorsement as ‘addressee left without instructions’. Hence, the matter was directed to post on 27.11.2025. On 27.11.2025, also there was no representation for the appellants, so the matte was adjourned. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the case.

Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
