Record is put up on the behest of the request of learned Special Mobile Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada.
On perusing such memo of the learned Magistrate, it appears that learned Magistrate could not conclude the criminal proceedings within the time stipulated given by this Court final order dated 02.12.2025.
Considering the grounds mentioned in the correspondence, time for disposal of Criminal proceedings is further extended for a period of two (02) months from this date.
