A report of the Inspector of Police, Airport Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, dated 08th September, 2025 is placed on record. It was contended in the report that the Petitioner Mr. Puppala Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Vara Prasad had died on 18th June, 2021. The report also contained a copy of Death Certificate of the Petitioner.
2. The instant Criminal Revision has been preferred by the deceased Petitioner against the order of maintenance passed by the learned jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. Since the Petitioner had already been expired, thus there is no merit to proceed with the instant Criminal Revision Case.
3. Accordingly, the instant Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ SUBHENDU SAMANTA, J
