ORDER:

The Status Report in respect of Domestic Violence Case (DVC) No.3 of 2011 on the file of learned III Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gajuwaka is placed on record.

2. It appears from the said report that DVC No.3 of 2011 was disposed on 21.03.2012 and basing on the orders in DVC No.3 of 2011, the petitioner filed Crl.M.P.No.1452 of 2012 under Section 31 of the Domestic Violence Act against the Respondent. Subsequently, the parties to the proceedings were amicably compromised the matter before the Lok Adalat held on 27.11.2013, consequent thereto an Award was passed regarding the compromise.

3. This being the situation, it appears that the instant Criminal Revision Case has been preferred against the Crl.M.P.No.1452 of 2012 in DVC No.3 of 2011. As the matter has been settled outside the court between the parties, this court finds nothing to proceed further with this matter.

4. Accordingly, instant Criminal Revision case is dismissed as infructuous.

5. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stands closed. __________________________ JUSTICE SUBHENDU SAMANTA KS1

DATED 25.11.2025
