Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents in not updating and issuing Aadhaar Card to the Petitioners son by name MAMIDIBATTULA TANUJ KRISFINA, aged about 15 years, whose Aadhaar Card bearing No.7970 2830 3718 was cancelled unilaterally without assigning any reasons as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, violation of fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 14, 21 of Constitution and consequently direct the Respondents to issue updated Aadhaar Card to the Petitioners son by name MAMIDIBATTULA TANUJ KRISFINA, aged about 15 years enabling him to appear forth coming SSC Board examinations and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents 3 and 4 to dispose of the Petitioners request/consent dt.09-01-2024 bearing No.2710/02573/74610 for updating the Aadhaar Card bearing No.7970 2830 3718 issued in the name of his son- MAMIDIBATTULA
