JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he is unable to get instructions from his clients and requested this Court to dismiss the matter for non-prosecution.
2. Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the appellants and since the appellants are not ready to prosecute the case, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
