JUDGMENT:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner Smt. B. V. Aparna Lakshmi who appeared through virtual conference.

2. Prosecution is represented through the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

3. This Criminal Revision Case is preferred challenging the concurrent finding of sentence passed by the trial Court against the accused, wherein the accused was found guilty for the offences punishable under Sections 304-A and 337 of the Indian Penal Code and was sentenced to pay a total fine of Rs.10,500/- (Rupees ten thousand and five hundreds only), in default, to suffer Simple Imprisonment for a period of six (6) months.

4. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to pay the fine amount to comply the order of sentence passed by the learned trial court by making payment of fine, subject to necessary time be granted to him.

5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor raised no objection and submits that the matter may be disposed of.

6. Heaving heard the learned counsel for both the parties and also considering the fact narrated in the instant criminal revision, it appears that awarding of sentence regarding payment of fine by SS, J

the accused person is herein admitted. Thus, nothing left in the Criminal Revision Petition to decide.

7. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to pay the fine amount before the learned Trial Court in terms of the Judgment of sentence dated 13.06.2008 passed in CC.No.236 of 2007 by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Srikakulam, within four (4) weeks from the date of passing of this order.

Under the above observation, Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
