Ld Counsel for the respondents submits that a WP(C) 2918/2024 has already been filed before the Hon'ble Gauhati High Court and notice has been issued on 05.06.2024. However, there is no order for stay passed by the Hon'ble High Court. Under the circumstances, the respondents are directed to conditionally comply with the order dated 31.05.2022 passed in OA-19 of 2021 or obtain a stay order from the Hon'ble High Court.

On the last date of hearing, a cost of Rs. 15,000/- was imposed on the respondent No. 4, the same has been complied with and a cost of Rs. 15,000/- has been paid to the applicant.
