O R D E R:
One correspondence is placed on record issued by the learned VIII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vijayawada, dated 23.08.2025 contending inter alia that the accused, namely Shaik Baji, has expired on 22.11.2014. The correspondence contains a death certificate.
2. Let the correspondence be taken on record.
3. One report has been placed on record by the Office of the Superintendent of Police, Krishna District, Machilipatnam contending inter alia that the defacto complainant, namely Challa Venkata Siva Prasad, has also expired on 24.12.2012.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, since both the parties in the matter have already expired, nothing left in the instant criminal revision case to proceed further.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case be dropped and disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
