The Court made the following Order:

Instant Criminal Revision Case has been preferred against the Order of sentence, dated 01.04.2008, passed by the learned First Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Proddatur.

2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that the observation of the learned First Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Proddatur, in paragraph No.5 of the impugned order appears to be justified. He further submits that the learned trial Court has acted according to the law.

3.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, there exists no merit in the instant Criminal Revision Case.

4.

Accordingly, the instant Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
