India and consequently direct the respondents to pay the petitioner compensation by considering his representation dated 28.09.2015 and pass such other orders or order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. IA NO: 1 OF 2015(WPMP 49908 OF 2015 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2015 submitted for payment of compensation /exgratia payable for the damage caused to his subabul plantation and erection of high tension line through the petitioner agricultural land in an extent of Ac. 1.35 cents in survey No:889/1A of pattepuram Village in Santhamaguluru Mandal of Prakasam District, pending disposal of the main writ petition and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case. The Court made the following ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner addressed a Letter dated 27.09.2025 to the respondent No.1-Corporation, stating that the petitioner has received the compensation.

In view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
