Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue an order or direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of "Writ of Mandamus" directing the Respondents herein to correct the Date of Birth of the Petitioner as 12.02.1985 in place of 12.02.1980 in the Passport vide No. E3848113, dated 06.11.2002 and consequently direct the Respondents to issue new Passport by correcting the Date of Birth and pass any order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.
