The Court made the following ORDER:
The writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in rejecting the petitioner’s request for correction of his father’s name as Shaik Saida in place of Sk. Bala Shaheed in school records.
Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court and file an appropriate application seeking correction of his father’s name.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
