JUDGMENT:
Despite the matter being listed today i.e., on 25.09.2025 under the caption ‘for Dismissal’, there is no representation for the appellants. Even on the earlier occasions, i.e., on 04.09.2025, 21.08.2025, 24.07.2025 and 21.06.2024, there was no representation for the appellants.
2. Therefore, it appears that the appellants have no interest to prosecute the case. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
