JS,J W.P.No.40536/2014

The Court made the following ORDER:

No representation for the petitioner.

On the earlier occasion also i.e., on 17.09.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner.

On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner expired on 19.03.2024 and even before his death, the HPCL retail outlet was allotted to adhoc dealer in the year 2017 itself. Hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the submission of learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
