The Court made the following ORDER:

No representation for the petitioner.

On the earlier occasion also i.e., on 16.09.2025, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption “For Orders”.

Even today there is no representation for the petitioner.

Since the matter pertains to the admissions in the petitioner’s institution for the academic year 2014-15, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
