The Court made the following ORDER:
No representation for the petitioner.
On the earlier occasions also i.e., on 28.08.2025 and 10.09.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption “For Orders”.
Even today there is no representation for the petitioner.
On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that earlier notification was withdrawn by the respondents and subsequent notification was issued on 01.09.2017 and the petitioner was found ineligible. Hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
Recording the submission of learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
