We see from the record that the applicant has already failed thrice the CPE and he was unwilling to remustering. Under the circumstances, we cannot continue with the interim order of stay that is to be vacated now and accordingly same is vacated.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed his response to the Show-cause Notice issued to him by the respondents on 06.06.2024. The respondents are directed to take decision on the response submitted by the applicant to the said notice in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.

In the event of applicant being aggrieved with the decision on the respondents, he shall be at liberty to file a fresh application, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid, the OA and the connected MAs stand disposed off being infructuous.
