The Appellant Mr. Gulshan Kumar Gupta states that he has received the principal amount with interest @18% due to delayed payment under Rule 17 of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules 2014.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent company submits that the Company Appeal (AT) No. 4 of 2016 has become infructuous.
In view of the stand taken by the parties, we are not inclined to pass any further order in the present appeal.
Company Appeal (AT) No. 4 of 2016 filed by Gulshan Kumar Gupta stands disposed of.
In Intervention Application(s) filed in the present appeal be taken on record of analogous Company Appeal (AT) No. 11 of 2016. They will be heard along with the said appeal.
