1. Learned A.G.P. placed on record copy of affidavit-in-reply alongwith communication dated 21.09.2026 issued by the Deputy Secretary of Maharashtra State to the Divisional Commissioner, Chh. Sambhajinagar mentioning that the proposal of the petitioner has been decided as per the order under contempt, on 21.09.2026. The said communication is taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification.
2. In view of the above, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order by taking out appropriate proceeding as permissible under law. Later on : At 4.30 p.m.
