1. Civil Application No. 12088 of 2026 is filed seeking stay to the notice dated 14.09.2026 issued by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Jintur, for measurement of land Gut No. 6, situated at Village Akoli, Taluka Jintur, District Parbhani.
2. Perused the application. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties.
3. Considering the reasons stated in the application, this Court is not inclined to consider the application at this stage, particularly when the Second Appeal No.106 of 2019 was dismissed in default and thereafter restored, and the substantial question of law is yet to be framed. The application, therefore, stands rejected.
