1. This Court is apprised of the fact that arguments on behalf of most of the accused persons have been concluded. On 12.10.2026, at the request of the learned Advocate for the Appellant, an adjournment was granted by the Trial Court in respect of some of the accused persons. The next date of hearing is scheduled for 21.10.2026.
2. Learned Advocate for the Appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal with a direction to the Trial Court to decide Sessions Case No. 34/2024 expeditiously.
3. In view of this, the Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial before 05.11.2026.
