1. The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that, during pendency of the Application, charge-sheet has been filed. He submits that, he has instructions to withdraw the Application with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court afresh.
2. In view of the above submissions, the Application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
