1. The petitioner has approached this Court against the order dated 24.03.2026 passed by the Tahsildar Omerga, wherein the stay granted in favour of the petitioner during pendency of the appeal before the Sub Divisional Officer Omerga, came to be vacated by order dated 08.09.2026 vide order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Omerga.
2. When the matter came before this Court for hearing today, it is informed by the petitioner that, now the appeal itself has been heard finally and the matter is closed for passing of the order on 29.09.2026. It is further submitted that though there is no final order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, the Tahsildar has issued notice for execution of the order passed on 24.03.2026 and the order is likely to be executed on 16.10.2026.

3. Since, already the matter is sub judice before the Sub Divisional Officer, Omerga, as the appeal is closed for passing of the final orders, the Tahsildar Omerga shall not take steps in furtherence of his notice issued dated 25.09.2026 till the appeal which is closed for passing of orders is decided by the order of Sub Divisional officer.
4. In view of the aforementioned directions the Writ Petition is disposed of. ( MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J. ) Mahajansb/
