ORDER:-
1. The learned A.P.P. place on record communication dated 12.10.2026 mentioning that the application of the husband of the petitioner for seeking parole leave has been decided and he is not held eligible for parole leave mainly because he has been convicted on 18th March 2026 and yet to complete one year of the imprisonment.
